We have a 15-day return policy. This means that when you receive your item, you can request to return it within 15 days of delivery.
However, you must first notify us and receive authorization to return the product. We do not accept items returned to us without prior authorization.
For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact the retail store and return them according to their return policy.
Applicable Policies
1. Canceling an Order Before and After Shipment:
We typically ship ordered products to the logistics company within 24 hours of the order being placed. Therefore, if you wish to cancel the order after it has been delivered to the logistics company, you will be charged a 10% processing fee. We will then contact the logistics company as soon as possible to cancel the shipment.
If the logistics company is unable to cancel the shipment because the items have already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. All products to be returned must meet the following criteria to be considered for return:
- The product must be unused (never assembled or used in any way).
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, and all necessary components must remain in the original box.
- All accessories must be intact and included in the return package. This includes the manual, charger, and any other items that originally came with the box.
Once the above return criteria are met, we will send you the delivery address and instructions on where and how to send the package.
Please note that we will charge a 10% processing fee, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Approval
Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect it and notify you if the product and all other components have been returned undamaged. If everything is returned undamaged, we will approve your refund and notify you. Next, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of the refund being approved.
Please keep in mind that processing and issuing the chargeback by your bank or credit card company can take some time. However, if you still haven't received the chargeback after 15 business days, please contact us at support@nanrobot.com.
Damaged Products and Incorrect Shipments
Please check your order immediately upon delivery and inform us if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and attempt to resolve it.
