How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Non-stock parts will be shipped directly from the factory by air freight, with delivery possibly taking 15-20 days.

We’re doing our best to deliver your order promptly.

Where do you ship to?

Our warehouse is located in Hungary, and we ship to most countries within the European Union.

For purchases made from other countries:

- Scooters can only be shipped via sea freight, with an estimated delivery time of 60-75 days. Additional shipping fees of approximately $250-$500 will apply.

- We offer air freight shipping for accessories to most countries, with a shipping fee of $25-$40.

I am unable to complete payment for my order.

1. If you pay by credit card, your payment may be declined at checkout by our system as a precaution against potential credit card fraud.

2. In such cases, please either contact your bank’s customer service to authorize the payment, or switch to PayPal for your payment.
